I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with a firm bed that I found comfortable. However, the size of the room was a bit small and the narrow beds with thin mattresses were not ideal. The no-smoking policy was a plus, though. The service was outstanding, with a very welcoming and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist us. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the night market and close to the MRT station, although it was a bit tricky to find. The dining experience was okay, offering a mix of Western and local dishes, but nothing exceptional. The facilities were decent, but not exceptional.
